Samara Francia O.T. Reg. (Ont)
Samara received her Bachelor’s of Physical and Health Education from University of Toronto, graduating at the top of her class. She then went on to recieve training as a Teacher at OISE. She then completed her Masters of Occupational Therapy from McMaster University in 2005. She has always had a great passion for health and well-being and why she studied her University Education in a Physical and Health Education program where she studied health and well-being on a very deep level including behaviors that promote health. She has been working in the field of pediatrics as an OT since 2006, and has practiced in a variety of environments including schools, homes, private clinics, developmental screening clinics and hospital based treatment programs for infants and children in addition to running her own private practice. This has given her the opportunity to develop a broad range of clinical skills including treatment and consultative skills to support infants and children. Samara is registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, and is a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists.
